Itinerary
● Your flight lands at Athens International Airport where someone will meet you with a name sign. From there, it’s off to your hotel to check in. The rest of the day is yours to wander around this ancient city and get oriented to the place.
- You’ll leave Athens and head toward Syros, the heart of the Cyclades. After arriving and getting to your hotel, you’ll have time to walk through the aristocratic neighborhoods and check out the beaches. You’re staying here two nights before moving on to Mykonos.
- Today brings you to Mykonos. Once you arrive, wander through the charming streets of town, see the famous windmills, and settle in with a coffee at Little Venice. You’ll have two nights to get to know this island.
- Santorini is next on your route for two nights. You can visit the dramatic Caldera, check out the hot springs, and catch the sunset from Oia. The whitewashed buildings and volcanic cliffs here are something you’ll want to see up close, along with the unique beaches.
- You’ll make your way to Crete, Greece’s largest island, and you’ll have five nights there. The landscape varies quite a bit with rugged mountains and nice beaches throughout. Plan time for ancient Minoan sites, harbor towns, some hiking, and traditional villages scattered around.
- You’re heading back to Athens for one final night before flying out. This gives you another shot at the historic sites or anything you didn’t get to see when you first arrived.
- Your trip wraps up today. You’ll head from your hotel to Athens International Airport and catch your departure flight home.
